The Patient Services Coordinator is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing outstanding service, and converting calls into scheduled treatment plans.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
• Prior call center experience preferred
