Technical Training Specialist

Plan, design, develop, implement, and direct technical training and development programs to improve and/or enhance individual performance with a focus on quality and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional System Design, Occupational Education, Industrial Technology or related field
• 8 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in development and/or delivery of technical training programs
• Experience in energy delivery, energy production, or similar technical field
