Behavioral Health Liaison School-Based

Centerstone seeks a Behavioral Health Liaison to provide face-to-face consultation with classroom teachers, train LEA personnel on mental health topics, and assist with individualized education plans. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and experience providing treatment to individuals with mental health disorders.

Requirements

• Provide face-to-face consultation with classroom teachers to create a positive, trauma-informed classroom environment
• Provide training and education on childhood mental health and trauma-informed behavior responses
• Assist with individualized education plans and trauma-informed support plans
• Maintain logs and tracking documents to track services
