Care Specialist CCBHC

Provides person-centered assistance to clients in the development of life skills and personal goals. Coordinates client care with multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Associate's degree required
• Two years professional experience working directly with youth and families in a child welfare, school, childcare, criminal justice behavioral health or related setting preferred
