Job Description
Centerstone is seeking an Intensive In-Home Therapist to provide individual and family counseling for youth in crisis, with the goal of stabilizing symptoms and preventing placement in more restrictive settings. Treatment takes place in the home and community.
Requirements
- Carry a caseload of approximately six families
- Provide individual and family therapy at least three times per week
- Participate in supervision meetings
- Web-based documentation
