Master's Level Therapist

Centerstone is seeking a compassionate and driven Therapist to join our behavioral health team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing individual, family, and group counseling in diverse settings — including homes, schools, hospitals, and community spaces.

Requirements

• Provide crisis intervention services in the community.
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and update treatment plans with input from the client and family.
• Conduct clinical behavioral health assessments.
• Enter written documentation into Electronic Medical Record in a timely manner for all services rendered.
• Provide supportive and educational counseling services (individual, family and group) to develop daily living and coping skills.
• Assist clients with developing natural support systems.
• Refer, advocate, and link clients and families to additional services as needed.
• Complete all required agency trainings to maintain 100% compliance.
• Maintain departmental productivity expectations.
