Residential Counselor PRN

Residential Counselor PRN provides support, assistance, psycho-social education and supervision to Adult Residential Services residents. The job requires evening and weekend shifts, including weekdays from 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM and weekends from 12:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM, with varying schedules based on operational needs.

Requirements

• Supervise and monitor residents' compliance with Program rules and behavioral expectations
• Supervise, educate on and monitor residents' self-medication procedures
• Review referral information and determine eligibility for admission and continued stay for Supported Housing and Crisis Respite
• Supervise meal preparation and compliance of residents with dietary guidelines
• Plan and supervise psycho-educational activities and recreational activities during residents' free time
• Document progress notes and incidents
• Attend all Program staff meetings and staff development activities
