RN - Crisis Nights

Centerstone is a nonprofit behavioral health system seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care to clients in crisis in the Walk-In Center and Crisis Stabilization Unit. The successful candidate will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and provide education and support to individuals in crisis.

Requirements

• Performs nursing assessments on individuals being admitted to the WIC/CSU
• Monitors vitals, performs lab testing, and evaluates medical appropriateness for admission and continued stay
• Administers and gives medications to patients, monitors the dosage, side effects, use and documents patients' reactions
