School-Based Therapist (Hickman County)

Join Centerstone as a School-Based Therapist for the 2026–2027 school year, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. This role offers a 10-month school calendar with pay distributed across a 12-month employment period, providing stability and consistent income and benefits throughout the year. Therapists also have the option to work during the summer months for additional income or enjoy the flexibility of taking the summer off.

Requirements

• Ability to formulate a diagnosis upon completion of intake assessment
• Complete timely clinical documentation
• Create and update treatment plans according to policy
• Provide therapy services based upon assessment of clinical needs and diagnosis
• Respond to supervisory communication including urgent care situations and other clinical needs as applicable in virtual or face to face settings
