Job Description
The Veteran Care Navigator is responsible for in-person veteran peer support, assisting veterans and members of the armed services, facilitating access and transitions in care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in human services field or 5 years of experience in the behavioral health field
- Military Veteran status required
- State Certified Veteran Support Specialist, or, willing and able to obtain the certification upon hire
