Center Administrator

Become a Center Administrator at CenterWell Senior Primary Care, overseeing operations within a multi-physician office or clinical group and leading by example. Manage front-of-house and back-office operations, supervise and manage Medical Assistants and Front Office staff, and provide assistance with administrative duties.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operational leadership experience within a multi-physician office or clinical group
• Healthcare practice management experience
• Understanding of state and federal healthcare regulations
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMRs) or Health Information Management (HIMs) systems and knowledge of multiple software tools
• Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively both internally and externally with a wide range of people
