Job Description
Become a Clinical Care Nurse (RN) and help us put health first by improving patient outcomes through transitions of care, quality improvement, and population health management.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted RN license
- 3+ years' clinical nursing experience
- Proficiency with electronic health records and data analytics tools
- Willing and able to complete and maintain Basic Life Support training
