Job Description
Become a Home Health Aide and help patients with daily tasks, provide direct patient care, and assist with self-administered medications. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide Program, and at least one year of experience as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide Program within the last 24 months
- At least one year experience in the last 24 months as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health/hospice agency
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
