Job Description
As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will help patients regain strength, mobility and independence from the comfort of their homes. You will plan and administer physical therapy treatment, assess and document patient progress, and report to the physician and care team.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (approved by the APTA)
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license
- Current CPR certification
- Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
