Job Description
As a Home Health Physical Therapist at CenterWell Home Health, you will help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence from the comfort of their homes. You will plan and administer prescribed physical therapy treatment, assess and document patient progress, and develop and implement rehabilitation programs.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (approved by the APTA)
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license
- Current CPR certification
- Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
