Job Description
Become a part of our caring community as a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant at CenterWell Home Health, reporting to the Clinical Manager. You will help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence from the comfort of their homes. As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant, you will administer physical therapy treatment plans, document client records, and coordinate with department in-services.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association
- Current state license to practice Physical Therapy
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification
- Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
- Comprehensive knowledge of the physical, emotional, social, and biological changes that occur in the geriatric population
- Read, write, and speak fluent English
