Job Description
As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant, you will help patients regain strength, mobility and independence from the comfort of their homes. You will administer the physical therapy treatment plan, document client records, and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association
- Current state license to practice Physical Therapy
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification
- Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
- Comprehensive knowledge of the physical, emotional, social, and biological changes that occur in the geriatric population
- Read, write, and speak fluent English
