Requirements
- Administer physical therapy treatment plans to patients in their homes
- Document client records and submit clinical documentation to the office
- Notify Physical Therapist or Branch Director of equipment failures or staff/client changes
- Apply concepts of infection control and universal precautions in patient care activities
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals
- Read, write, and speak fluent English
