Home Health Registered Nurse

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first as a CenterWell Home Health nurse. You will provide personalized, one-on-one care to patients in their homes, working with a dedicated team of physicians and clinicians.

Requirements

• Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Med surg, ICU, ER, or acute experience
• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
• Current CPR certification
• Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
