Job Description
Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first as a CenterWell Home Health nurse. Provide personalized care to patients in the comfort of their homes, managing care plans and educating patients and their families on disease management and treatment options.
Requirements
- Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Med surg, ICU, ER, or acute experience
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
