Job Description
As a CenterWell Home Health nurse, you will provide personalized care to patients in their homes, working with a dedicated team of physicians and clinicians to manage care plans and support recovery.
Requirements
- Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Med surg, ICU, ER, or acute experience
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
