Job Description
As a CenterWell Home Health nurse, you will provide personalized, one-on-one care to patients in their homes, managing care plans, educating patients and families, and reporting patient progress. This role requires a Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, med surg, ICU, ER, or acute experience, and current licensure and certification.
Requirements
- Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Med surg, ICU, ER, or acute experience
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
