Job Description
Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. As a CenterWell Home Health nurse, you'll provide personalized, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes, developing and managing care plans to support recovery and independence.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program or accredited School of Vocational Nursing
- Current nursing license in the practicing state
- Valid drivers license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification
- Two years experience as an LPN/LVN in a clinical setting, preferably in a home health or hospice setting
