Job Description
Become a part of our caring community and use your skills to make an impact as a Nurse Practitioner. As a Risk Adjustment and HCC expert, you will train, support, and perform annual wellness visits in assigned IPA outpatient clinics. The goal of these workflows is to create and enhance them, improving patient outcome.
Requirements
- Three years of experience
- Successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program with Board Certification
- Active, unrestricted NP/PA license in state of practice
- Active and unrestricted DEA license
