Nurse Practitioner

Requirements

• Master's Degree in nursing or completion of a PA program with board certification
• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practice
• One year of experience in primary care
• Experience with electronic medical records, email, and other computer-based programs
• Active DEA license and Medicare/Medicaid provider numbers or ability to obtain
