Occupational Therapist, Home Health

Occupational Therapist, Home Health position at CenterWell Home Health in St Louis, MO. Part-time hours, 20 per week. Help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence from the comfort of their homes. Deliver personalized care that focuses on rehabilitation and functional improvement.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
• A minimum of six months of occupational therapy experience preferred
• Home Health experience a plus
• Current and unrestricted OT licensure
• Current CPR certification
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
