Job Description
As a Home Health Occupational Therapist at CenterWell Home Health, you'll help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence in the comfort of their homes. You'll assess patients' daily living and work-related skills, develop therapeutic retraining programs, and provide personalized care to improve their quality of life.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- A minimum of six months of occupational therapy experience preferred
- Home Health experience a plus
- Current and unrestricted OT licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
