Job Description
As a Physical Therapist Home Health at CenterWell Home Health, you'll help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence from the comfort of their homes. You'll deliver personalized care that focuses on rehabilitation and functional improvement.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (approved by the APTA)
- Minimum of one year physical therapy experience preferred
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
