Physical Therapist, Home Health

As a therapist at CenterWell Home Health, you’ll help patients regain strength, mobility and independence in the comfort of their homes. You will plan and administer prescribed physical therapy treatment, test/screen patients' physical strengths, and develop/implement rehabilitation programs.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Minimum of one year physical therapy experience
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
