Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- 2 years' experience managing high-acuity patients
- Commitment to improving patient experience and outcomes
- Oversee Advanced Practice Providers (NPs)
