Job Description

As a Primary Care Physician, you will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and enjoy a lower daily patient volume to foster deeper relationships and deliver more personalized care.
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Commitment to improving patient experience and outcomes
- Participation in Tuberculosis (TB) screening program
