Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• 2 years' or more experience in value-based care or managing high-acuity geriatric patients
