Receptionist

The Receptionist performs administrative, clerical, and customer support tasks while greeting patients in a friendly manner. The role involves operating a switchboard, maintaining call logs, and responding to routine inquiries.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working in a Healthcare setting
• Excellent customer service and multiphone line skills
• Team player
• Ability to multitask
• Detailed and organized
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
