Job Description
Become a Registered Nurse and help patients regain independence in the comfort of their homes with personalized, one-on-one care. As a CenterWell Home Health nurse, you'll work closely with a dedicated team of physicians and clinicians to develop and manage care plans that support recovery and help patients get back to their normal lives.
Requirements
- Diploma, Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of one year nursing experience preferred
- Strong med surg, ICU, ER, acute experience
- Home Health experience a plus
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
