Registered Nurse, Home Health

Become a Registered Nurse with CenterWell Home Health and help patients regain independence in the comfort of their homes. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will provide personalized care, develop and manage care plans, and work closely with a dedicated team of physicians and clinicians.

Requirements

• Diploma, Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Minimum of one year nursing experience preferred
• Strong med surg, ICU, ER, acute experience
• Home Health experience a plus
• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
• Current CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
