Job Description
The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer solves complex business problems using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. The role involves transforming data into impactful insights and influencing department strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of technical experience in data analysis OR Master's degree and 3+ years of experience
- Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations
- Experience analyzing data to solve different business problems and create data visualizations that move strategic direction
- Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data
- Experience with Star Schema and Source of Truth discipline
- Ability to work within the EST time zone
