Social Worker, Home Health

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first as a Medical Social Worker in our home health program. The ideal candidate will have a Masters or doctoral degree in social work, social worker licensure, and a valid driver's license. One year of experience as a social worker in a health care setting is also required.

Requirements

• Masters or doctoral degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
• Social Worker licensure in the state of practice
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Minimum of one year of experience as a social worker in a health care setting, home health, and/or hospice
