Job Description
CentiMark Corporation is seeking an experienced Roofing Production Foreman to supervise and train a crew of 5 to 6 people in the Bloomington, MN area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in general roofing and a working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in general roofing
- Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
- Experience with: Single Ply, EPDM, PVC & TPO a plus
- Valid state driver’s license (in good standing)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
- 18 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) also a plus
