Job Description
CentiMark Ltd. is seeking an experienced Roofing Service Foreman in Dartmouth, NS to join their team. The role involves diagnosing roof leaks, making repairs, and maintaining roofs. Onsite safety and job training are provided.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
- Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & metal roof repairs
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Valid provincial driver's license (in good standing) is required
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
- Travel 50%
- Able to work Saturday and/or Sundays, if necessary
