Job Description
A Senior Director for Genetic Testing in Reproductive Medicine for the Asia-Pacific region is seeking to drive growth and strategic development within the company. This role requires deep expertise in genetics and reproductive health, strong commercial and operational leadership, and a collaborative approach to both clinical and market development. The Director will be a key leader in APAC strategy.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Genetics, Molecular Biology, Reproductive Medicine, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in genetic testing, reproductive medicine, diagnostics, or biotech.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in leading business units or major product lines in APAC healthcare or diagnostics markets.
- Fluency in English and knowledge of additional Asian languages.
- Track record of P&L ownership and organizational leadership.
