Managing Director

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a visionary and dynamic leader to contribute to its existing Biotech team and build and scale a new MedTech vertical to lead within its Investor Relations practice. The ideal candidate combines deep Biotech and MedTech expertise, entrepreneurial experience in life sciences, and exceptional leadership capabilities to inspire teams and deliver best-in-class counsel to clients.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Investor Relations, with a strong focus on Biotech, MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects from conception to completion on deadline in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proven success in agency or consulting environments, with experience launching or scaling new business lines.
• Deep network within the investment community and Biotech/MedTech ecosystem.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills; high standards of quality control.
• Demonstrated ability to operate within a leadership team and manage a team.
• Confident writer and presenter, comfortable in a variety of C-Suite scenarios, with ability to influence.
• Competent in technology-driven environments, including AI and various tools and platforms.
• Independent and collaborative; resourceful problem solver, quick learner.
• Committed to the success and growth of the entire team.
