Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel – Corporate & Transactions to support the company’s international growth and corporate activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the legal department of an international company or a well-recognized law firm
- Strong understanding of corporate law, international transactions, and cross-border legal coordination
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an international environment
