Job Description
Centra is seeking a Clinical Registered Nurse II with a focus on High-Risk Patients. This role involves creating and managing care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients. The RN will act as a leader and contribute to Centra's focus on quality and service. This is a full-time position.
