AGRONOMY CDL DRIVER SEASONAL

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors, customers
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Self-motivated with an ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to make independent judgments, which have moderate impacts on the organization
• Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service oriented with ability to problem solve and manage difficult customer situations
• Results-oriented, accurate and thorough with a commitment to accountability
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn other key operational computer programs
• Comply with Centra Sota’s driver qualification requirements and Drug and Alcohol Policy
• Maintain a valid class A CDL, tanker endorsement and the required DOT medical certification.
