Home Health Aide

Improve the quality of life for patients in their homes, helping with physical rehabilitation, personal cares, and light housekeeping. Primary locations are St. Cloud and surrounding areas. Visits include hospice patients to approach end of life with dignity and comfort.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in MN required
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
• Reliable transportation, Minnesota driver’s license, a driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage required
• Home Health Aide certificate and some home care experience preferred
