Job Description
Join CentraCare’s Integrated Behavioral Health team and provide outpatient assessment and brief intervention services within the Coordinated Care Clinic, a program designed to support patients with complex medical, behavioral health, and social needs who experience frequent hospitalization.
Requirements
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
- Minimum of one-year experience
- Licensure by the State of Minnesota Board of Psychology as Licensed Psychologist (LP)
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related Human Services field
- State of Minnesota licensure required
