Job Description
The Principal Oracle HCM Analyst is a strategic and technical leader responsible for maximizing the value of the organization's Oracle Fusion HCM platform, partnering with HR and business leaders to design, implement, and optimize HCM solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- 10+ years of HR technology experience
- 7+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM application/configuration experience
- Experience with Oracle HCM system administrations and/or other Cloud applications
