Job Description
The Legal Services Director will oversee the Legal Services Department, providing strategic management, direction, and monitoring of the department's activities, including advice and counsel, enterprise risk management, litigation, and contract negotiation.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, admitted to and in good standing with the State Bar of California
- A minimum of seven years of experience as a practicing health care attorney
- Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and standards
- Ability to provide legal recommendations, develop strategies, and perform risk assessment
