Medical Director (MD)

The Alliance is seeking a Medical Director to provide clinical leadership in a fast-paced, demanding environment. The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree and at least three years of experience in medical programs administration.

Requirements

• Knowledge of program development and project management
• Ability to navigate complex systems and implement new programs
• Communication and collaboration skills
• Data collection and management practices
• Managed care, Medi-Cal, Medicaid, and Medicare programs and healthcare regulatory processes
• Change management principles
• Program development and project management
• Data collection and management practices
• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy from an accredited medical school
• Current active and unrestricted license to practice medicine issued by the State of California
• Board certification in a specialty recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties
