Utilization Management Director (RN)

The Alliance is seeking a Utilization Management Director (RN) to lead the Utilization Management Department, overseeing prior authorizations, concurrent review, medical claims review, appeals, and grievance. The ideal candidate has deep UM expertise, sound judgment, and a commitment to mission-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse issued by the state of California
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• A minimum of ten years of utilization management experience, including a minimum of five years in a managed care environment and three years of staff management experience
• Ability to direct, manage, supervise, mentor, train, and evaluate staff
• Leadership and communication skills
